I cannot find the article I am looking for

If you have completed a keyword search and not found the article you seek, please email what you can recall about the subject, author, date and year to enquiries@bacp.co.uk or call the BACP Customer Services Department on 01455 883300.

BACP members - upon login you will find the majority of articles are freely available to you as a benefit of membership. This includes all articles from the current issue of Therapy Today and all past editorial content, except for features. BACP members can purchase features at discounted rates, click here for details

I have paid for a bundle of articles but don't need them all

Your account will remain in credit for the outstanding number of articles. This means that when you require articles in the future, you can simply log in to access them, upon finding them on the site.

I require only one article

Unfortunately, minimum payment to BACP by credit card is £5. This means we can provide you with a hard copy article for £2.75 upon receipt of pre-payment. (Cheques/postal orders payable to BACP). What if I want some articles from the website, and others predating Sept 2005?

Unfortunately, due to the time-intensive nature of finding, copying and posting articles that predate 2005, the discounted prices apply to online access only. Refund policy

If you discover the digital content you have paid for is not what you sought, self-reporting that an item has been deleted from your computer is not accepted by BACP as a de facto reversal of the actual delivery and possession of digital content of value by the user. BACP requires payment for the file and it is therefore non-refundable.

If digital content accessed is found to contain missing parts, you may be refunded or credited by BACP, only after BACP Customer Services staff have been contacted, to:
a) evaluate the file for the reported issue and verify that it is eligible for credit or
b) provide a working replacement in a timely manner

Please note: back up your purchased files to your computer. While links remain active on your TherapyToday.net account, BACP may on occasion remove files from distribution, and/or change the rules for distribution, or otherwise alter the function of fulfilment links. BACP will not be liable for loss of access to content previously downloaded by the user.
