If we said that you could do without facing pain in their life from birth to their death, we would be lying. Pain is something that we face daily, and we can’t be without it. When things don’t go as we plan, there is a great chance that we will face some pain. Let’s say that you planned on graduating college and it doesn’t work out; there is a great chance that you will feel pain.
If a loved one is sick and about to die, there is a great chance that you will feel pain. If your loved one walked out on you and asked for a divorce or betrayed your trust, there is a great chance that you will feel pain.
If things are not going as envisioned, there is a great chance that you will feel pain. This doesn’t mean you should feel hopeless and wallow in the pit of pain. This isn’t the way forward. Before you can start to take a walk into the realm of happiness, you will have to embrace the fact that there is a beauty of pain.

Pain is Inevitable
Like earlier mentioned, you can’t live on Earth and not occasionally feel pain – either mentally, emotionally, spiritually, or physically. It is not possible. Understanding and accepting that pain is a normal part of the human life cycle will help lessen its grip on you.
What is causing you stress in your life? You should consider avoiding such stressors, as emotional torture is not something to boast of. Take a walk, meditate, hug your dog, play with your kids, or read a good book. Finding the small joys in everyday life can decrease anxiety and stress which would lead to pain if gone unchecked.
Are you not valued in a relationship that you find yourself in? It wouldn’t be a bad idea to walk away from them. Getting rid of toxic people and situations will prevent further emotional pain.
Growing through Pain
As much as the beauty of pain exists, you should consider learning through it every step of the way.
It is important that you understand that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Under no condition should you cave under the pressure that comes with intense pain. When someone has such pain, they tend to become depressed. This is something that should be avoided. Do things that make you happy, and watch the sadness and pain dissipate into thin air.
